Yesterday I wathched a programme which talked about the ways to keep slim. I agree with the three ways of keeping slim. There are eat breakfast, exercise and drink water. Firstly, eat breakfast. People wanting to stay slim should never skip breakfast, after hours of sleeping at night, our body is forced to fast until you wake up the next morning. Skipping breakfast will eventually make us eat more during the day as our body will demand the energy it needs for our daily functions.Secondly, exercise. A simple brisk walk in the park or a few rounds around the block or jogging is enough for you to break a sweat and burn those calories. Thirdly, drink water. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day will remove the toxics in our body. Actually, there are many ways to keep slim, as long as it is good for our body.
