Taekwando’s diary


My friends and I attended  Taekwando’s lesson yesterday night around 8.00pm at the gymnasium in campus. We learend how to stretch before do the kicking. If we do not do the Taekwando stretching properly, it can improves our flexibility and helps to prevent injury when carrying out dynamic movements. Moreover, stretching is an unavoidable requirement in any sport, especially Taekwando.  It makes sure that the body is prepared for movements outside its normal range. However, Taekwando stretching is difficult for me.
