Playing badminton for three hours again. Today is an exhausting day of playing badminton. Now, my hand a bit painful. I always forget to warm up before playing badminton, so easily get hurted. Next time I should warming up properly to increase the blood flowing towards the body muscles which in turn helps in decrease the stiffness in muscle. The performance quality is improved as well as the developing risk of injury is reduced with warm up.(Just find out the advantage of warm up from internet~^^). I'm tired now, is time to sleep. Zzz......
