Yesterday, I have been attended the second Taekwando class. The class started at 8.00am. My friends and I waited for the bus at 7.15am until 7.40am, there were about three or four bus passed through, but no bus stopped. So, we decided went to the campus by walking. After we arrived the campus,already 8.00am. So, we warm up immediately with others Takwando’s coursemate. I learned how to warm up before do the kicks and some basic techniques and kick in Taekwando. My shoulder and thigh muscles painful again because of the intense warm up and kicks.
