Because of not enough sleep, then can not pay well attention in the class, so I take a nap after the class at the afternoon. I awakened from the bad dream, with a bit headache and dizziness. I look at my mobile phone. What? I have been slept for one and half hour. After I awakened, I almost forgot the content of my dream, but as I know it is a bad dream. I find out from internet about the factors that contribute to frightening dreams occurring in adults. There are
certain Medications and illnesses, especially fever, can cause bad dreams , stress and anxiety in adults can cause bad dreams. I think maybe I am too stress with my assignments or no enough rest. So, I hope the bad dream is not the bad omen of getting sick.
